c. Commissioned Research Project Report:

A study to improve the internal and external communication of the Hong Kong Police Force (submitted on 11 September, 2006, total page: 113).

This research report includes the research methods (face-to-face interviews with 28 police officers, ranking from Senior Directorate Group to police constables, document analysis from all the communication channels, and observations of meetings and open forums conducted by senior police officers with front line police officers) and research findings from these methods.  Recommendations on integrating internal and external communication channels were also provided.
